I mean it shouldn't be rocket science right ? Besides my "viking" ( a little name I call my hubby since he is part Norwegian and part pillager) he will eat just about any old thing that is chocolate... What harm was there? I remembered seeing a recipe for a chocolate sheet cake on The Pioneer Woman blog. &lt;a href="http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/06/the_best_chocol/"&gt;http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/06/the_best_chocol/&lt;/a&gt; That gal Ree has some pretty amazing recipes for those who are not afraid of a little butter. The kooky part of the recipe came when they expected you to add the baking soda to the wet ingredients. Oops that part kinda slipped my mind and the cupcakes were already getting toasty before I discovered that omission. Lets just say the troops could care less.
